As Director of Business Development, Paul drives the new development pipeline for both student and essential living developments. Through the business and development process, Paul researches and evaluates potential developments and acquisitions while assisting with all underwriting activities, compiling in-depth financial models for prospective and active projects. Paul also provides support with the due diligence phase of the development process, compiling market research for prospective developments while identifying key strategic advantages. 

Paul started at Spectra as an Investment Analyst and comes from a diverse background, both in finance and construction industries, where he served as an Advisor and Financial Analyst. 

Paul is a 2021 MBA graduate from the Kelley School of Business at IUPUI focusing on corporate and project-based finance. There he developed a substantial understanding of intelligent investment decision making.
