Spectra's Acquisition of the Village at West Georgia Marks Significant Expansion in Carrollton.
In January 2024, Spectra acquired The Village at West Georgia, renamed as The Towns at Octiv Row. New apartments and townhomes coming to Cumberland in 2025

Renovations completed at Warner University's SPencer Hall
Spectra Student Living completed a comprehensive renovation of Spencer Hall, an on-campus residence hall at Warner University in Lake Wales, Florida. These renovations were finished in time for the university's August 2018 move-in date and mark the completion of the first phase in a partnership between Spectra and Warner University. The second phase of this partnership includes construction of a new on-campus residence hall, which is scheduled for an early August 2020 completion date.
Spectra begins construction for off-campus community at Ferris State University
July 2018 marked the groundbreaking of a new off-campus community for students at Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan. The new community, named Eight Thirty Water Tower, will provide 318 beds in 120 units and is expected to open in August 2019. Pre-leasing opportunities for Eight Thirty Water Tower are scheduled to be available September 2018.
Spectra and warner university partnership announcement - press release
Spectra Student Living has partnered with Warner University in Lake Wales, Florida, to provide increased and enhanced on-campus student living opportunities. This partnership includes the renovation of Spencer Hall, an 18,000-square-foot, 86-bed residence hall, and the construction of a new residence hall, complete with study lounges, a resident lounge with televisions, outdoor patios, and more amenities. Spencer Hall renovations were completed in time for August 2018 move-in. The new residence hall is scheduled to be completed by early August 2019.
