Matthew joined Spectra as a Graphic Designer, quickly proving his creativity and dedication. In his current role as Manager of Brand & Design, Matthew oversees the development and execution of branding initiatives for all our communities and corporate design projects. His blend of innovative ideas and strategic vision has been instrumental in shaping Spectra's visual identity.

Before Spectra, Matthew worked as a Graphic Designer for the Indianapolis Indians, where he created marketing materials for print and digital media and designed advertising materials, including TV spots, billboards, and newspaper print ads.

Matthew graduated from Indiana University's Herron School of Art + Design in 2018 with a B.F.A. in Visual Communication Design.
