Chris Alexander, our Senior Vice President of Development, brings extensive real estate development expertise and leadership to Spectra. With a distinguished career in the industry, Chris has held senior leadership and development roles at nationally recognized multifamily and senior living development and construction firms. And, he has successfully led numerous high-profile projects across the Midwest, Southwest, and Southeast regions of the United States.

At Spectra, Chris oversees the entire development and construction lifecycle. His comprehensive responsibilities include site selection, feasibility analysis, entitlements, incentive approvals, permitting, and every phase of design and construction. This encompasses civil and architectural design, preconstruction, and the construction process, ensuring a seamless handoff to the Operations Team. Chris’s unwavering focus on precision, quality, and efficiency ensures the successful execution of projects and drives Spectra’s sustained growth.

Chris earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
