Adlai Chester provides the team with a wealth of knowledge and experience in finance, real estate, investments and development. He is currently the Chief Investment Officer of Invesque, a publicly-traded health care real estate company. Over the course of his career, Adlai has initiated billions in successful capital raises, lead numerous tactical acquisitions and created billions of dollars in value through strategic divestitures.

Adlai was critical to the successful launch and IPO of HealthLease Properties. In the role of Chief Financial Officer, he grew HealthLease Properties from a $250 million company to nearly $1 billion. In 2014, he orchestrated the multi-billion-dollar sale of the company to a U.S. public REIT. Adlai’s success helped earn the coveted title of CFO of the Year by Indianapolis Business Journal in 2014, and a spot on the 2015 Forty Under 40 list by Indianapolis Business Journal.

Adlai also had a successful career in academia, serving as an Executive in Resident at Ball State University. He has significant development experience, having held executive roles at various development companies including as a co-founder of Ellipsis Real Estate Partners.
