As Director of Development, Abby is responsible for leading project management, including the creation of schedules and budgets, scheduling and leading meetings, recording and reporting progress, and ensuring that teams meet project deadlines; while also identifying potential risks or exposures associated with the execution of a project or task. She contributes to ongoing efficiencies with the creation, or improvement, and implementation of internal processes within the operations and development departments; assisting teams with market analysis, pre-construction and construction administration, sites visit, marketing, leasing, and training. Abby is also responsible for researching and staying up-to-date on market trends; making recommendations for future developments, as well as procuring and managing third party relationships. 

Abby received a Bachelor of Science in Tourism, Event & Sports Management from Indiana University-Purdue University of Indianapolis in 2020. She also holds a Tourism Planning & Development Certificate as well as a Business Foundations Certificate from the Kelley School of Business.

Abby first started working in the student housing field her sophomore year of college as a Community Assistant at Vivio on Tenth. In the next two years, she helped the property meet 100% pre-lease status before being promoted to Marketing & Leasing Manager. In August of 2020, Abby joined the Corporate Team as Project Specialist, where she assisted the development, construction, and operations teams on various projects.
